I’d suggest this was about examining rather than surveying as the title suggests… But it does sound very useful both before buying and before taking any big trips…

Hi Nigel, no pix online but I can email. She’s a Blackwater Sloop built about 1934 by Dan Webb, Maldon. Pitchpine on Oak. I’ve had her 16 years but I think she’s been on the creek much longer, last two owners were localish. One lived on her! There’s a story about naked owner a rat a shovel at night! Also she’s registered in Sligo so her ensign is the ‘Green White & Gold’
