Neil Greenfield is embarking a project to restore Pandora, a small outboard boat built to Percy Blandford’s Venturer design, and he’s posting about his progress at the Classic Motor Boat Association forum.
Neil asks whether anyone knows the history of the boat?
Apparently, on the dashboard there’s a small brass plaque that bears the legend ‘Built by R. Sewter, Glenfern Engineering, 49 Tinsley Lane, Three Bridges, Sussex‘.
If you can supply any information, please get in touch with me at gmatkin@gmail.com, and I’ll pass the message on to Neil.

Anybody talked to Percy Blandford? Apparently he’s still with us.
I don’t think they have. I’ve been thinking the questioner is asking about who used the boat and what for, and about the builders etc.
I could contact the family, as I have a contact…
